Mr Peřina farms 2ha of organic vineyards. The excursion includes a visit to the vineyard and wine- tasting. The farm is involved in the Exemplary Farm Network organized by the Association of Organic Farming Advisors.
Mr Peřina grows newly registered varieties which are naturally fungus-resistant (Malverina, Hibernal, Laurot) and takes part in the programme of cultivation of vines for better resistance.
In organic farming, protective spraying agents are significantly limited in both their amount and use. Only copper and sulphur-based fungicides are allowed (copper 3kg/ha/year maximum under permission of the relevant inspection authority, sulphur without limitation, limits are set for wine production). Sulphur is also the only element which is allowed in an organic wine cellar and is used with restraint in processing grapes, mostly in the final bottling phase.

Sluneční brána (=Sun Gate) – leading herb-processor and producer of organic foodstuffs. The company manufactures various types of tea, spices, oils and food supplements. The premises are located in the reconstructed Havlíček Mill.

Besides other activities, the company trades via internet.
